Service Level Commitment
- Your faxed or emailed instruction will be actioned immediately.
- Collection of a vehicle will be attempted within 24 hours where practicable.
- Should a vehicle not be recovered within 5 working days of initial instruction, we will provide a detailed report to you regarding our progress.
- A condition report on the vehicle can be supplied detailing mileage and any damage. Photographs of the vehicle will be provided as standard.
- All documentation and keys pertaining to the vehicle will be collected wherever possible.
- The vehicle will be taken to a place designated by you. If this is not practicable, the vehicle will be stored in our secure facility, free of charge, until it is practicable to do so.
